This time of year is exciting to me. There is at least the promise of warm weather, and street style generally becomes more bright and cheery. The jackets of these two Londoners are outstanding examples.
The first appears to be a piece designed by Isabel Marant Etoile and recently featured in The Cut. Although it is intended to be tied at the waist with a fabric belt (see here) I love the way this woman creates her own personal look, layering it over a leather jacket – stylish and wise for yet lower London temperatures.
Our second muse simply wears a drum major’s jacket. Hey, it works for her!
