We provide free 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail shipping for all orders of K BELO apparel to be shipped within the United States.
Canadian and International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout prior to purchase.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Please note all International orders do not include customs, duties and import taxes. Customer is responsible for all additional customs, taxes and fees imposed by their country upon delivery for shipping internationally.
For international shipments, the customer is also responsible for the cost of all return and exchange shipping costs.
Easy Returns & Exchanges of K BELO Swimwear
We want you to love your swimwear! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, K Belo will gladly accept any unwashed, unworn, and unused swimsuits or cover ups for return or exchange within seven days of receiving your order. This includes sale items. Please email us with any questions about a return/exchange at contact@kbeloswim.com
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
Customers wishing to return or exchange merchandise purchased online at theSTYLEtti.com must first e-mail K Belo at contact@kbeloswim.com within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise for either a return or exchange authorization number which must be included with the merchandise wishing to be returned or exchanged. The merchandise must then be postmarked within seven (7) days of receiving a return or exchange authorization number. Please clearly write your return or exchange authorization number on the outside of your package. Please be sure to package the suit securely with labels intact. The merchandise must be in unwashed, unworn, unused condition with sanitary stickers for all bottoms and one pieces, and original hang tags must still be attached. K Belo reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the merchandise has been returned to K Belo and found to be in original condition.
Exchanges will be mailed out via USPS Priority Mail once the original merchandise has been received back to K Belo and determined to be in unwashed, unworn, unused condition with sanitary stickers for all bottoms and one pieces, and original hang tags still be attached. Customer is responsible for initial return/exchange shipping back to K Belo, and K Belo will cover the cost of shipping the newly exchanged item back to the customer.
For returns, once the merchandise is received back to K Belo in condition mentioned above, a refund of the purchase price and taxes will be issued back to the payment method used to make the original purchase within 1-2 business days. Customer will see refund back to their purchase method with in 3-10 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
NOTE: We strongly recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method of tracking your return/exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns/exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking.
