Two Outfits for my Running Meditation
I recently realized that I have yet to share workout clothes on the blog. Of course, they aren't exactly chic. But they have some very important features. These two running outfits help turn my running into a meditation.
Want to de-emphasize a curvy bottom and thighs? Then stay away from light-colored garments on the your lower half. Wear pants with a slightly to very flared hem. And never ever wear narrow-legged white pants!
