It’s been super hot in Piacenza, Italy. For a girls’ night out-fit, Julia wisely chose this pussy bow blouse with leggings.
Julia just turned ** (a still very young age), and so, it was a great excuse to celebrate with her friend Lara. (You might remember Lara from THIS POST.)
An aperitif was enjoyed on the veranda of a lovely hotel right near the town square. Although the sun was setting, it was still very warm, and so a sleeveless pussy bow blouse was not only elegant but very comfortable for the occasion.
You might recall from THIS POST that Julia has a pet peeve with women who wear leggings with short tops. This blouse and a pair of oh-so-feminine high-heeled sandals are the perfect way to dress up that wardrobe staple. The look is simply elegant, not to mention long and lean.
I recently visited Julia in Piacenza. And I couldn’t help but admire the style of residents there. When they dress casually, there is always something on trend or stylish about their outfits. And to go out, Italians dress up expertly. You might recall that Julia is originally from Russia, but her sense of style goes so well with fashion-forward Italians.
It was a memorable girls’ night out. According to Julia, she and Lara “don’t meet that often but when we do, we always laugh and chat up a storm. She knew I loved the Pomellato (100% Amore collection) ring and that I have the matching set of earrings. And so – she is so sweet! – she got it for my birthday. I wear it a lot!”
Then the sun set magnificently over Piacenza.
I love the sophistication and elegance of Julia’s #OOTN (outfit of the night), and the combination of black and white is a classic. Of course, every fashionista knows the value of a splash of color. Julia completed the outfit with her red Furla bag, which you can see in THIS POST.
